Welcome to The Alpine Collection, an Apparel Impact brand.

The terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to The Alpine Collection, operated by Apparel Impact. The Alpine Collection designs and offers alpine inspired, upcycled products made in partnership with mountain resorts, organizations, and communities, using retired or reclaimed textiles.

The Alpine Collection operates this website and store, including all related information, content, features, tools, products, and services (collectively, the “Services”) to provide you with access to our products, programs, and information. Our store is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”), together with any policies referenced herein, describe your rights and responsibilities when you access or use the Services.

We make reasonable efforts to accurately display and describe our products. However, product colors and appearance may vary based on your device and screen settings.

We do not guarantee that product appearance will exactly match images shown online. All product descriptions, availability, and specifications are subject to change without notice.

We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or limit quantities of any product or offering at any time.

SECTION 3 – ORDERS

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion. An order is not accepted until payment has been processed and confirmation is issued.

Please review orders carefully before submission. Once an order is accepted, cancellation may not be possible. If an order is modified or canceled, we will attempt to notify you using the contact information provided.

Use of optional tools is at your own risk.

SECTION 9 – RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY

The Alpine Collection is powered by Shopify. All purchases are made directly with The Alpine Collection, not Shopify.

You agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of transactions conducted through the Services and release Shopify from related claims.
