If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, eligible items may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund to the original form of payment.

Eligibility

• Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition

• Original tags and packaging must be intact

• Final sale items are not eligible for return or refund

Process

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@thealpinecollection.co with your order number. Once approved, return instructions will be provided.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refund Timing

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receipt and inspection of the returned item.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions.
