SHIPPING POLICY

OVERVIEW

The Alpine Collection is an Apparel Impact brand. Our products are thoughtfully designed and responsibly made, often using reclaimed or upcycled textiles. Because of this, some items may be produced in small batches or finished to order.

This Shipping Policy explains how and when orders are processed, shipped, and delivered.

ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are typically processed within 3–7 business days after payment is confirmed, unless otherwise stated on the product page or at checkout.

Some products may require additional production or preparation time. If an item has an extended processing period, this will be clearly communicated prior to purchase or in your order confirmation.

Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

SHIPPING METHODS AND RATES

Shipping options and rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, package weight, and selected shipping method.

We currently ship within the United States. International shipping availability, if offered, will be displayed at checkout.

Shipping charges are non-refundable, except where required by law.

DELIVERY TIMES

Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and in your shipping confirmation email. These estimates begin once the order has shipped, not when it is placed.

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by:

Shipping carriers

Weather conditions

Customs or government inspections

Carrier service disruptions

Incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer

SHIPPING CONFIRMATION AND TRACKING

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, when available.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after the package has been handed off to the carrier.

RISK OF LOSS

Title and risk of loss for all purchases pass to you once the order is transferred to the shipping carrier.

INCORRECT OR INCOMPLETE ADDRESSES

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the order.

LOST OR DAMAGED SHIPMENTS

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at info@thealpinecollection.co with:

Your order number

Photos of the damaged item and packaging

If a shipment is lost in transit, we will work with the carrier to investigate. Resolution timelines depend on the carrier’s policies.

PARTIAL SHIPMENTS

In some cases, items within the same order may ship separately. If this occurs, you will receive tracking information for each shipment.
